Where can we measure frequency in the body?
- Nerves – Nerves use both electrical and chemical signals to send information to and from the brain.
- Vision – Light is perceived by the eyes, transmitted to the brain by the nervous system and interpreted by parts of the brain.
- Hearing – The ears perceive certain vibrations as sound and transmit this information to the brain.
- Brain – different brainwaves indicate how the brain is functioning. For example, slow delta brainwaves (0.5 – 4 Hz) are associated with sleep, dreams, meditation and deep healing. An ElectroEncephaloGraph (EEG) measures brainwaves.
This is only the beginning. As more research is done, we are finding each organ/tissue type responds to different frequencies. This is the basis for FSM
Where is Frequency Medicine used in mainstream medicine now? Here are just a few examples from prestigious hospitals.
Light
- Special lights are used to help with Seasonal Affective Disorder. Here is a guide from the Mayo clinic: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/seasonal-affective-disorder/in-depth/seasonal-affective-disorder-treatment/art-20048298
- Lasers are being explored for use in Parkinsons. Although this is not widespread yet, this pilot study shows promise. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17516492/
Sound
- Lithotripsy is the use of ultrasound to break up kidney stones. This has been done since 1980. Here is an overview from the Cleveland Clinic. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/treatments/16582-shockwave-lithotripsy
- Wound healing – Expose wounds to the right kind of sound and they heal faster. An article by the Smithsonian. https://www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/expose-wounds-to-the-right-kind-of-sounds-and-they-heal-faster-180949295/
- Music is being used researched for many disorders. Two of those are to stimulate the immune system and improve neurological diseases. Johns Hopkins; The Center for Music & Medicine is continuing to expand research on the effect of music on neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy and stroke. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/center-for-music-and-medicine/music-as-medicine.html
- American Psychological institute- https://www.apa.org/monitor/2013/11/music
- I also use the Insight Genius with certain clients. I find that mental/emotional issues respond quickly to sound as well as FSM. You can get a free 14 day trial with this by using this link. https://www.insighthealthapps.com?aff=38
Electricity
- Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) devices are used to block perception of pain. Here is an overview from the Cleveland Clinic. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/treatments/15840-transcutaneous-electrical-nerve-stimulation-tens
- Frequency Specific Microcurrent – It is important to note that FSM units fall under the FDA approval for TENS units. However, FSM devices deliver a much smaller current (about 1/1000). Instead of just blocking pain, FSM actually increases the energy available to the cell by 500%! And, it’s painless.
- Cranial stimulation for treatment of anxiety, depression and insomnia
